Our pricing

At Broad Tech Support, we believe in fair pricing and providing excellent value for our services. We'll discuss the issue to give you a rough estimate based on its complexity. Any changes to the estimate will be discussed with you before we proceed. Payment is due within upon completion of the job once the final quote is accepted. If parts are needed, you'll only cover the cost of the items in addition to the service fee.

After Hours / Emergency

Remote Assistance

  • Minimum charge: $24 (including GST) for the first 15 minutes.
  • Additional time: $24 (including GST) per 15-minutes.
  • No call-out fee for remote assistance.

On-Site Assistance

  • Minimum charge: $96 (including GST).
  • Call-out fee: $20 (including GST).
  • Service rate: $24 (including GST) per 15 minutes.

Remote Assistance

  • Minimum charge: $48 (including GST) for the first 15 minutes.
  • Additional time: $48 (including GST) per 15-minutes.
  • Remote assistance fee: $20 (including GST).

On-Site Assistance

  • Minimum charge: $192 (including GST)
  • Call-out fee: $40 (including GST).
  • Service rate: $48 (including GST) per 15 minutes.
